Subject: [UFOFacts] on being a Councillor

Lightworkers,

This email is sent out in effort to clarify the nature of the Councillor role within the Star Nations.  Zeta have asked me to do this, and Asheoma also requested it.

Councillor Doctor Boylan has already stated what his position is, but his mentioning of our Fran as a Councillor in her own right threw a few people off a bit.  Not in a bad way, just that it the feedback proved a bit of clarification was in order.

As Asheoma (who is a Councillor for his own people) says, "The service of Councillor is one of representation, not of one authority."  Now the Star Nations as an organization is not blind to the worth of the Councillors.  The Star Nations does have a form of "authority" that they reference as a "High Council."  Note:  The term High is only used for a Human word to show the difference between Council and the leadership body.  Those members are the very experienced of the Star Nations.  They hold responsibility for the actions of Star Nations as a Whole.

"High" Council relies heavily on the insights and recomendations of the Council.  Council members are those people who Star Nations recognizes as being representatives of either their species or culture, the Planet they are from, a group of people who share common responsibilities for other groups (such as a Councillor of Information collection), or a special representation that Star Nations select.

Someone, such as Fran, has actually been with the Star Nations for many lives, serves Star Nations on an ongoing basis in their own way.

There may be several people who are actually Councillors for Star Nations who read this, but Star Nations is not going to say yes or no if you ask them.   You will know inside if you work in this way or not.  And there are many roles of Star Nations - so if you are here on Earth to help, it may or may not be as a Councillor.  And being a Councillor is equal in all ways to all other jobs in the Star Nations.

I hope this helps clarify rather than confuse.
