1) Star Visitors visit a person, then telepathically induce post-hypnotic amnesia, so that the person doesn't consciously recall what happened between the time the close encounter began and when they returned to consciousness memory after the encounter concluded;
2) Cabal operatives conduct a MILABS (see http://www.drboylan .com/milabs. html ) and use drugs and narco-hypnosis to induce loss of conscious memory for their brutal kidnapping and mishandling;
3) a person suffers a Petit-Mal seizure and loses memory for what happened during the seizure.
Circumstances may indicate which was the case.
