    As you will recall, 12 Altimarian scientist volunteers are working here on environmental remediation projects. The Altimarian team includes two women and ten men.

    The Altimarians are here likely for the duration of their lives. They deliberately were hybridized to survive in Earth conditions.     One of them, Communications Officer Amanda, has a partner and is currently pregnant with triplets. (Her due date is approximately next May.) Further, recently Amanda was assaulted by a Cabal goon working for Wackenhut Security at a sensitive location in Nevada. She and her triplet fetuses are recovering satisfactorily from the taser attack but are on sick leave until she gives birth.

    The other female, Energy Clean-Up Specialist Mada's personal life situation is unknown to me, but at any rate she could not by herself meet the companionship and dating needs of the many male Altimarians.

    Therefore it is only natural that the male Altimarians might like to think of a potentially-broader pool of dating par! tners on Earth.

    We Humans need to do more to be responsive to the needs of Altimarians while in durational service here on behalf Humans and Gaia/Mother Earth/Unce Maka.

    I suggested to the Altimarians a possible solution to this situation.

    My idea proposal was this: that I would put out a call on my e-lists with an invitation for available Human women Star Seeds who would welcome dating outreach from a single available male Altimarian. And that it would be recognized that such outre! ach woul d be more in the telepathic order and/or on the astral plane, rather than likel! y involv ing physical visits (which could entail unacceptable security risks for both parties.)

    And that those Human Star Seed women who respond as willing and available for such companionship and dating of an Altimarian would have their reply relayed by me to the Altimarian communications officer on duty, who in turn could relay their openness-to-dating message to the other Altimarians. And thus a respective single male Altimarian could take it from there in terms of outreach to a Human woman of interest.

    One of the male Altimarians so interested, Riparian-Estuarial Botany Specialist Fred-1, thanked me for my thoughtful approach and believes that this will be respectfully and well received by all the Altimarians. 

    There is no established guidebook! for int er-species dating. We are in uncharted territory. But both potential companions come equipped with a heart.

    Any Human woman so interested needs to realize that the Altimarians are extremely intelligent, of a high energy, and come from a culture which prizes the ability of love to solve problems rather than violence and conflict.

    That said, there are undoubtedly many other cultural differences existing in members of a species hailing from an adjacent galaxy. Nevertheless, communication and understand! ing are possible, as the members of my Inner Team and I have repeatedly experienced! .

    So, this call is put out for any single available Human woman Star Seed interested in outreach from a single Altimarian male scientist for purposes of companionship, dating, and possibly more, to send me by private email their name, location, a very brief statement of why they wish such a dating experience, and a photo (jpg file) if possible. Here was my experience during the Sixth JPE, targeting Carlos Slim Helu. I will keep this brief since we all have been doing similar actions regarding these Cabal leader-plutocrats.
I created first one, then another, then a third titanium containment shell, nested each inside the next, to hold in Slim's energy and his contact and control with his financial empire. These containment shells also hade reflective power to bounce back at him all his darkness, greed, arrogance, and cruelness, including the suffering, fear, and death agonies of the victims of his enterprises including secretly working with Mexican drug cartels.
Then I systematically went and cut the energetic lines of his communication, control, and even caring regarding the components of his financial empire.
I put blocking energy between him (a pedophile) and Father Marciel's Legion of Christ order and the young boys they provided Carlos Slim for his psycho-sexual sadistic pleasure.
I put blocking energy between Slim and the Vatican Bank that has been laundering his profits; and between Slim and his off-shore tax-haven bank accounts. He will find it harder and harder to pay attention, keep track of, and maintain control over them.

Once I did my usual preparation and shielding I focused on Carlos Slim and stared directly into his face. His limousine was parked on the side of a wide boulevard. It seeded to me that he was attempting to get into the left hand side of his car when I called out his name several times and recorded it with the "Watchers" of the four directions of the universe. I informed him of his options and consequences. He attempted to get into the car. I increased the intensity of the drumbeats to separate him from his ill-gotten wealth. His briefcase immediately either broke or snapped open and tons of US dollar bills flew everywhere. My drumbeats immobilized him. He could not move so he leaned against the opened door with his chin resting on his crossed arms. He became dumbfounded. I saw beads of perspiration roll down his face. His clothes were drenched in sweat. Money flew everywhere, strangely there was no wind. The dollar bills seemed to pick up an invisible
energy.

I saw a group of very young street children arrive and started scooping up the money. Carlos Slim had no power to stop them The street kids were very dirty and shoeless. A young boy about 6 years old wearing a ragged dirty grey tank top and layers of dirt on his face jumped into the back seat and started digging into the briefcase. He shouted to the others that he had found a gun. It was a revolver. I shook at the sight of it. A few other children jumped into the front seat and began to play with all the fascinating gadgets, bells and whistles. Carlos was still standing motionless against the door as if his soul had left his body. The left view (outside) mirror had effectively frozen his spine and that could be the reason he could not move.

I caught a glimpse of someone wearing a starched white shirt and dark coloured pants. I imagined that he was the driver. He did not turn around. I could not see his face. He was standing on the pavement.

Two men dressed in black (either leather or shiny synthetic fabric) arrived. Their faces were masked and they wore black gloves. They took Carlos slim away. The two men were not very tall (about 5/7 or 5/8). I followed them to an old colonial building nearby. The right inside wall of the building was rough and the plaster falling off. A noose hung from the ceiling over the stairs leading down to the basement. They took Carlos there.

He looked a broken man, absolutely terrified. I believe he sensed that fate was not in his favor.

I'm crying inside for the children. I wish I could take them home, bathe them, feed them, sing them a lullaby and nest them into bed. Despite their penury, they are so alive and smart. Their sheer exuberance give me hope and courage to serve humanity, come what may.

    The latest incident of Cabal sabotage of equipment around my home a couple days ago was the last straw. So I set about doing some inquiring using my "unorthodox" (psychic) means. I discovered a bunch of things.
    The Cabal have had stationed in my town a clandestine operative who has had assignment to sabotage my property's equipment, my wife's and my vehicles, and even my daughter's car who lives some two counties distant, all for the purpose of harassment. The sneaky sabotage is timed to be a "response" to certain actions I have taken which the Cabal deem injurious to their interests. 
    He has also undertaken other Cabal assignments, quietly spreading false and disparaging "information' about me to several County Supervisors (political enemies), to the editor of the local paper, and to select other conservative community figures. His and the Cabal's purpose is to make me a pariah among my local community's power structure.

    I have had enough of his sh*t. 
    This clandestine operative lives in the same community I do, Diamond Springs, El Dorado County, CA. The Cabal had him move to Diamond Springs to be their local eyes and ears/operative at the same time I moved here in 2006 from my previous home in Sacramento. He quickly befriended a local woman, J. , and moved in with her in her double-wide mobile home in Diamond Springs on E. Holly Drive. J does not know he is Cabal and is unaware of his pedophile activities. 
    I "read" his cryptonym to be "Loren Munson", a 66-year-old Caucasian ex-Army Intelligence agent. He is now "retired" and lives on his Army pension and Cabal cash dole. Munson is not the name he was born with, but was a cryptonym he developed for convenience while working as a career Army Intelligence agent, and retained after retiring in the 1980s, and is the identity on his driver's license and passport. 

   He is a pedophile of young boys of middle-school age. In addition to cash, the Cabal secure his current services and loyalty by furnishing him boy victims at their secure clandestine pedophile ring in the SF Bay Area.  

    Munson was born and grew up in Placer County (next door to El Dorado County and thus is familiar with both.) After retirement from the Army, Munson moved back to Placer County and trolled for young boys in adjacent Sacramento County. He got in trouble in 2003 and arrested in Sacramento County, bailed out, and then fled to Szombathely, Hungary, 10 miles east of the Austrian border, to avoid U.S. prosecution. The Sacramento County District Attorney had issued a UFAP Warrant for his arrest but did not locate him. 
    The Cabal found Munson in Hungary in 2006 and brought him back to northern California with a promise to protect him from prosecution in return for his "services" messing with me and my family.

    He needed to be taken care of and rendered inoperative.

    Wednesday afternoon (6/13) I made a satellite photo of the trailer that Munson shares with his lady-host, and drove over to the location and parked one house down. I walked to in front of his place and used a sage bundle to trace three wide arcs in the air as I placed three containment shells of energy around him/his home. 
   I "read" that he was aware I was there, although he did not come out and accost me. 
   In hindsight I realized that the Cabal were aware I had visited the site by their tracking my cell phone's GPS signal. Later they hacked into my Google Earth account and determined that I had used it to locate Munson via dowsing, and had placed a push-pin on his location. 
   Thursday Munson waited til J. had left for work and then later that morning, with all his stuff packed in his car, he drove away in flight from his discovered location, heading towards Nevada. 
   Early Thursday afternoon the Cabal determined that he was running away. Because of all the previous times when I have located other Cabal operatives-pedophiles who were then busted by the authorities, the Cabal decided that Munson constituted a security risk to them. If arrested and interrogated, he could spill information about the (Cabal-arranged) Bay Area pedophile ring he used, and the investigative trail from that could blow a considerable hole in Cabal Northern California operations. 
   And so a Cabal hit squad intercepted Munson while fleeing, and took him to a secluded location and killed him. The squad then took his body to an industrial incinerator and burned it beyond all recognition. They disposed of his car at a commercial salvage operation and had it squashed into a cube.
   Thus there is nothing for any law enforcement to pursue or arrest. 
   He has met his karma. And my family and I may now have some measure of relief from harassment.

We will talk a little about SIGNS. In semiotics, a sign is composed by two elements: the signifier and the signified.

Let us consider the word Dog. The written or the phonetic word for Dog is the signifier, and the idea that the word Dog brings to our mind is the signified.

Secret Disinformation Tactics.

DISGUISED CONTRADICTIONS AND DOUBLE BINDING METHODS AND TACTICS FOR PSYOP.

The following methods are effective in most of the cases if the agent follows the rules included below.
Disguised Contradiction: Two or more statements are combined in the following way: The "enemy" is described as absolutely evil, but also as infinitely powerful.

This narrative is combined with a complementary disguised contradiction:

The "Extraterrestrials" are described as good and ready to help humans but, at the same time, these aliens are shown defeated again and again by our attacks and by their own mechanical failures.

So the whole sequence of events shows that the evil ones always wins. On the contrary, the powerful good aliens are in fact weak and fragile. Sample: An old Second World War plane will be able to destroy the alien craft.
Besides, these "alien" crafts are obviously accident prone. The psyop discourse always will make reference to multiple alien ships crashes.

The listener will find impossible to solve these contradictions in a rational way.
However, if the believer talks or writes about her/his doubts, the psyop acting as pro-ET, will act against the "heretic" banning him from his group or sect.

This ruthlessness can then be justified with the scapegoat maneuver (the bad ones deluded me.) This is
important because it shows that even the psyop acting as "guru" can be manipulated by the "Evil Ones" but not protected by the "Forces of Goodness."
This technique will reinforce all the contradictions exposed above.

Andrew Basiago, time-travel and disinformation tactics.

Disinformation is always more effective IF the invented story is "spiced" with something that is true.

Sample: Andrew Basiago is presented with all his credentials and then we learn that this lawyer, scholar and writer, is also a 21 Century Visionary.

Credulous individuals will accept this non-definition as a title. They will "eat" it with the "spices".

Let's analyze the following paragraph: My comments in bold italic.

"(Basiago) is an emerging figure in the Truth Movement leading a campaign to lobby the US government to disclose such controversial truths as the fact that Mars harbors life and that the US has achieved "quantum access" to past and future events."

See this: "the fact that Mars harbors life" . Of course fact is defined by Merrian-Webster Dictionary as SOMETHING THAT EXISTS OR IS REAL. In any way is a fact that Mars harbors life. The trick will perhaps work, but only with ignorant and easy to fool people.

Disinformation always uses scientific words between the nonsense. Here we learn that Basiago achieved quantum access to past and future events. Of course in this context "quantum access " is meaningless but here we can find the key of this disinformation campaign.

Andrew Basiago has "quantum access "to past and future events. In other words this man perhaps knows what will happen tomorrow. Follow this carefully. Perhaps the "powers that be" want to make us believe this predictive power. This "quantum access(sic)"privilege.

The following text makes the apology of our "time-traveler" and Mars visitor.  A practically unknown man becomes in a true genius and a guarantee of "our continuance in the Universe"

That is why Andy Basiago is also presented as a "planetary whistle-blower."

Against Disinformation: Intelligent, rational women and men must make questions. They should analyze the purpose of the campaign.

Intelligent, rational men and women must INFORM others about DISINFORMATION and HOAXES.

Andrew D. Basiago, J.D., M.C.R.P. (Dist), M.Phil. (Cantab), 49, the founder and president of MARS and team leader of Project Pegasus, is a lawyer, writer, scholar, and 21st century visionary.

Andy is an emerging figure in the Truth Movement leading a campaign to lobby the US government to disclose such controversial truths as the fact that Mars harbors life and that the US has achieved "quantum access" to past and future events.

His paper The Discovery of Life on Mars, published in 2008, was the first work to prove that Mars is an inhabited planet.

After publishing this landmark paper, Andy founded the Mars Anomaly Research Society (MARS), which continues to make breathtaking discoveries of life forms and ancient artifacts on Mars.

Andy is also one of America's early time-space explorers.

Andy began his career writing articles about the urban environment for Los Angeles newspapers, national periodicals, and the Cousteau Society journal Calypso Log.

He studied environmental law at Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and then went on to design nature friendly urban plans for cities in California and study environmental law with Professor Malcolm Grant at Cambridge.

His papers about "urban sustainability" have been published in academic journals in Australia, Britain, and the United States, cited widely, and placed in the environmental policy collections of university libraries.

Andy was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1996.

A lawyer in private practice, he works with writers and filmmakers in the development of books, TV shows, and feature films with planetary and interplanetary themes.

Recently, Andy edited several leading works related to humanity's contact with extraterrestrial life.

He was the editor of Alfred Lambremont Webre's book, Exopolitics: Politics, Government, and Law in the Universe(Universe Books, 2005), which uses as a case study human contact with an advanced civilization on Mars.

He also edited The Fátima Trilogy by Joaquim Fernandes, Fina d'Armada, and other scholars (Anomalist Books, 2007), a definitive history of the Fátima Incident of 1917 that explores its extraterrestrial aspects.

Andy founded MARS in 2008 after discovering evidence of life in a photograph of the Red Planet beamed back to Earth by NASA's Mars Exploration Rover Spirit.

He is dedicated to making MARS the leading international organization to research, disclose, and educate the public about life on Mars.

His crusade to prove his Mars findings and bring them to public light has been called "heroic."

Of his founding of MARS, Andy has written:

Andy is also on a crusade as a lawyer and activist to have the US government disclose its time travel secrets.

He believes that lobbying the US government to declassify its secret teleportation capability, so that teleportation can be adopted globally as a new form of civilian transport, is the most important environmental cause of our time.

He has named his campaign "Project Pegasus" after the secret US time travel program that he served in during his childhood as one of America's first "chrononauts."

Andy has enthralled listeners with his accounts of his time travel experiences on numerous radio and podcast interviews.

His appearances on talk radio's Coast-to-Coast AM with George Noory on November 11, 2009 and November 11, 2010 were hailed as major "disclosure events" and were popular broadcasts in the history of that show.

Andy has described his time travel experiences in Project Pegasus during mainstream television interviews broadcast in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

About his truth campaign Project Pegasus, Andy has stated:

Earth recognition of Draconian Empire.

Earth and Draconian Empire.
Some Exo-analysts believe that the inevitable destiny of Earth is to join the Draconian Empire with a friendly and generous attitude.
