| While he does give good advice about the herbal remedies, he gives credit to his "friends" (I imagine are the "Star Visitors" or ascended masters, and boasts about beating it in 36 hours. Of course this is the same man who beat Nasa, so have a peek at the latest: Friends, Having just come back from a severe attack of H1N1 flu myself, which I shook off in 36 hours with "a little help from my friends" :-) , I am sensitized to good non-pharmaceutical measures which can combat flu. Although I do not wish to start a thread on natural remedies, Nancy's advice (below) is important about avoiding "immune-boosters" because they can set off a cytokine storm (oversupply of your body's natural defense agents such as T-cells and macrophages creating an out-of-control feedback loop). Such cytokine storms can cause organ damage; for example during the 1918 "Spanish Flu" (from which H1N1 was partially bioengineered) , the virus attacked lungs causing inflammation, immune-cell accumulation and fluids resulting in blocking off the airways and fatal asphyxiation.
