Abstract:	The European Space Exposure Facility (ESEF) has flown two collection boxes (B1 and B2) outside the MIR station from October 1995 to February 1996, during the EST EUROMIR95 mission. B1 was opened only during the encounter with the Orionides meteor stream and the last 5 weeks of the mission, while B2 stayed open during the entire mission, except during docking operations on MIR, to minimise contamination. We describe here the results of the analyses performed on various passive collectors of the COMRADE experiment. We also indicate the improvements that will be given to the collecting techniques, in the objective of the future COMET-99 collection, programmed by French CNES.

Secrets of Mind Manipulation Revealed.

Lying: It is hard to tell if somebody is lying at the time they do it although often the truth may be apparent later when it is too late. One way to minimize the chances of being lied to is to understand that some personality types (particularly psychopaths) are experts at the art of lying and cheating, doing it frequently, and often in subtle ways.

Lying by omission: This is a very subtle form of lying by withholding a significant amount of the truth. This technique is also used in propaganda.

Denial: Manipulator refuses to admit that he or she has done something wrong.

Rationalization: An excuse made by the manipulator for inappropriate behavior. Rationalization is closely related to spin.

Minimization: This is a type of denial coupled with rationalization. The manipulator asserts that his or her behavior is not as harmful or irresponsible as someone else was suggesting, for example saying that a taunt or insult was only a joke.

Selective inattention or selective attention: Manipulator refuses to pay attention to anything that may distract from his or her agenda, saying things like "I don't want to hear it".

Diversion: Manipulator not giving a straight answer to a straight question and instead being diversionary, steering the conversation onto another topic.

Evasion: Similar to diversion but giving irrelevant, rambling, vague responses, weasel words.

Covert intimidation: Manipulator throwing the victim onto the defensive by using veiled (subtle, indirect or implied) threats.

Guilt tripping: A special kind of intimidation tactic. A manipulator suggests to the conscientious victim that he or she does not care enough, is too selfish or has it easy. This usually results in the victim feeling bad, keeping them in a self-doubting, anxious and submissive position.

Shaming: Manipulator uses sarcasm and put-downs to increase fear and self-doubt in the victim. Manipulators use this tactic to make others feel unworthy and therefore defer to them. Shaming tactics can be very subtle such as a fierce look or glance, unpleasant tone of voice, rhetorical comments, subtle sarcasm. Manipulators can make one feel ashamed for even daring to challenge them. It is an effective way to foster a sense of inadequacy in the victim.

Playing the victim role ("poor me"): Manipulator portrays him- or herself as a victim of circumstance or of someone else's behavior in order to gain pity, sympathy or evoke compassion and thereby get something from another. Caring and conscientious people cannot stand to see anyone suffering and the manipulator often finds it easy to play on sympathy to get cooperation.

Vilifying the victim: More than any other, this tactic is a powerful means of putting the victim on the defensive while simultaneously masking the aggressive intent of the manipulator.

Playing the servant role: Cloaking a self-serving agenda in guise of a service to a more noble cause, for example saying he is acting in a certain way for "obedience" and "service" to God or a similar authority figure.

Seduction: Manipulator uses charm, praise, flattery or overtly supporting others in order to get them to lower their defenses and give their trust and loyalty to him or her.

Projecting the blame (blaming others): Manipulator scapegoats in often subtle, hard to detect ways.

Feigning innocence: Manipulator tries to suggest that any harm done was unintentional or did not do something that they were accused of. Manipulator may put on a look of surprise or indignation. This tactic makes the victim question his or her own judgment and possibly his own sanity.

Feigning confusion: Manipulator tries to play dumb by pretending he or she does not know what you are talking about or is confused about an important issue brought to his attention.

Brandishing anger: Manipulator uses anger to brandish sufficient emotional intensity and rage to shock the victim into submission. The manipulator is not actually angry, he or she just puts on an act. He just wants what he wants and gets "angry" when denied.

What can we expect from the future?
Perhaps, as Professor G. told me once, some Entities and purposes should remain under the compassionate cloak of the UNKNOWN.
"It's better my young friend, to believe that the Universe out there is protecting us with his infinite hand. "
However, men like myself,- said Professor G. -in a Faustian impulse wanted to know more, and some of us learned a few things about what is there, waiting…waiting for the propitious moment.
But please,  me remain silent from now on about these...yes, these unimaginable horrors I wish I could forget.
I will end this short story telling you that Professor G. died in a New England Clinic, after years of total silence. Years he spent sleeping by day, and watching the night sky from his well fenced room's window.
Professor G. never talked about the true nature of those things he learned about the Universe.
He wrote:

The sky looks clean tonight and the stars look friendly, but perhaps they are not friendly at all. Who knows? Perhaps it's not good to be aware of the infinite void and the dark matter.

My personal take is that regardless of whether or not all of the information is accurate, the fact that there are potentially any credible military or government personnel releasing this information now suggests that we are in the final phaes of a very deliberate disclosure process.

It's been said time and again, and I believe this is accurate, that there has been a disclosure process undertaken by contactees (placed at all strata of our society), under the guidance and direction of benevolent off-planet races, that is leading us to direct and open contact with our "neighbors".

The folks working diligently toward this end do so in secrecy, but nevertheless, one can see amidst all of the confusion and disinformation that something very broad, subtle and effective is in fact occurring.

The on-planet folks involved in this process aren't going public (perhaps some of them are, as we have seen prominent whistleblowers discuss their own positive contacts), nor are their off-planet benefactors, but this makes sense given the true nature of what is happening (i.e., that it is a positive, profound, sensitive, but in the end, absolutely necessary process).

The conflicting messages between our governments' denial of what is now patently obvious (that not only are we not alone, but "they" are here) and these, what could be extremely sensitive releases of information, has caused confusion among those following the phenomenon of contact.

It feels like we're being toyed with; that there's some sort of game, or inside joke being played. However, if we take into consideration that there is a subtle, but deliberate agenda being effectively undertaken.

What we see are terrific releases of fascinating and profound information and phenomena contradicted by our governments' inexplicable silence and denial of this subject matter - despite how broad, obvious and profoundly affecting the process is.

The denial, which was primary, effective, and unchallenged by the data for so long, has become marginalized and absurd as the years have passed; especially, within the last couple of years.

There is a definite sense of an acceleration occurring. It's an odd sense of man-made and natural / cosmic acceleration as it includes our solar system and our social systems; extensions of our consciousness. It is our consciousness.

The process of contact is so pervasive and so obvious that no denial is possible at this point. And it should be equally obvious that this has happened for a reason; it has happened under clearly very intelligent, vast and benevolent forces.

The process has been aided by contactees, and whistleblowers, etc., willing to come forward. But for those who are observing this process, there is something much greater afoot than some government insider coming forward and talking about ufos.

One really gets a sense that what we're experiencing is tied in to nature, to the cosmos, and to our consciousness. This is not the work of a handful of whistleblowers.

Given the above, the following article seems more like a footnote to something that spans our solar system, galaxy and, possibly, universe (I can't see that far). Still, the implication can be seen as a definite mile marker and harbinger for what's about to break the surface.

U.S. military is liaising with extraterrestrial life according to independent sources

Independent sources have claimed an on-going set of face-to-face meetings between U.S. military officials and extraterrestrial life. The sources reveal that senior U.S. Navy officers have played a leading role in an inter-services working group responsible for the meetings, and that different extraterrestrial groups are allegedly involved.

One source claims that the contact involves extraterrestrial groups known as Reptilians, and a silicon based life form dubbed 'the Conformers'. Another source claims that the extraterrestrials are called Ebens from the Zeta Reticuli star system, but known colloquially as the Grays. A third source claims that human looking extraterrestrials representing an association of star nations are liaising with military officials.

Two of the sources have been interviewed by this writer who has been aware of their claims for more than a year, and finds them credible. The similarities in these independent reports gives reason to conclude that an ongoing program of secret meetings involving senior military personal from the U.S. Navy and other military services with one or more extraterrestrial civilizations is underway.
