The Cabal is already working with new paraphernalia, and the latest diabolic machine is called ABADDON.
In St. John's Revelation 9:1-11, Abaddon is described as the king of the bottomless pit and of a plague of locusts that resemble war horses with crowned human faces and having women's hair, lions' teeth, locusts' wings, and the tail of a scorpion.
Abaddon is also the Angel of Death and Insanity.
How does Cabal's Abaddon work?
Its psycho-radar detects individuals by their mind vibrations and locates  where these persons are.
This done, Abaddon emissions reach easily the minds of the selected victims and these emissions produce confusion, insomnia, generalized weakness, headaches and insanity.
Shields and mental protections cannot stop these attacks.

Richard Boylan's Paranoia.

In the following post of the self proclaimed Councilor of Earth, the growing obsession with the Cabal follows its pathological "logic" . The Cabal movilizes enormous resources only to make Boylan wrong:

The Cabal have super max-ed out their artificial localized "negative"-gravity "push" field, to "make me wrong" about my time estimate of "around 11 am PDT/2 pm EDT", but they cannot stop Mother Earth from moving ahead today with the Mega-Quake/pressure-release.
The latest reading I get, done just minutes ago, is that the Cabal's super-maxed field has bought them a couple hours or so, and the new Estimated Time for the Mega-Quake to strike Tokyo/Honshu is:
Tokyo (Japan) Saturday, August 6, 2011 around 5:40:00 AM JST: UTC+9 hours;
This actually is a more merciful time because sunrise time in Japan is 4:52 this morning and the quake will occur about an hour after sunrise, on a weekend, when people have daylight can see and don't have to go to work.
The equivalent Mega-Quake times in U.S. and Europe are:
- Sacramento Friday, August 5, 2011 around 1:40:00 PM PDT UTC-7 hours
- New York City, Friday, August 5, 2011 around 4:40 pm EDT;

- London, UK, Friday, Aug. 5, 2011 around 9;40 pm, BST;
- Corresponding Greenwich Mean Time/UTC Friday, August 5, 2011 around 20:40:00.
